No delivery services shall be available on Sundays & Public Holidays and Delivery slots are subjected to availability. Orders received on Sundays and Public Holidays will be delivered on the second working day after 11am.
Deliveries are made on the premise that customers or their representatives will be available to receive their purchases. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances which the customer cannot be present to receive the goods in the requested window, an additional delivery charge of $16.05 (with GST) will be imposed for another delivery to be made. If the customer does not want the order anymore, there would be an order cancellation fee of $21.40 (with GST). Additional charge will be imposed for bulk order after unsuccessful first delivery; delivery charges will be the same amount as per initial bulk order delivery.
KSY Fruits delivers your purchases right to your doorstep. Upon delivery, please check to ensure that the total number of packages (including cartons and plastic bags) received is as indicated on the invoice, before acknowledging the delivery. Should there be any discrepancies, please inform the delivery personnel immediately. KSY Fruits will not be held responsible for carton discrepancies after delivery is accepted.
Customers, who wish to have their purchases left outside their home, should note that KSY Fruits shall not be held responsible for any damage or missing items after the delivery has been made.
Returns Of Products / Refunds
If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged / defective condition or wrong items delivered, exchange of products / refund will be offset in the next order placed. Issues must be reported on the same day of delivery.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was inputted onto the system, the information appearing on this Website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order.
- KSY shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by e-mail at email@example.com or call KSY Online hotline at 6873 0212 or fax to 6779 7688 by the next working day. Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
- if any Product have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the Product is out of date, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, KSY shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.
- if any Product which was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer, KSY shall collect the Product from the Customer.
- if the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, KSY shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
- If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, KSY shall refund to the Customer the difference.
- All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment on which the original purchase was made within 5 working days.
- All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible.
